Biography

Specialist in Internal Medicine and a scientist at the  National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR-Mbeya). Passionate about improving post-TB and chronic lung disease care in Tanzania. Over five years of experience in internal medicine and Clinical research at Kibong'oto Infectious Disease Hospital (KIDH) and over ten years of working in TB and chronic respiratory diseases at KIDH. Worked as a National clinical auditor with the Ministry of Health. Mentored junior doctors and contributed to local health system strengthening.
